Logicbay

Logicbay begain using Gryphyn Help Desk in 2000 to support their world wide customers. Logicbay manages online programs that drive growth in new channels for our customers' programs and products.  We apply the same approach to get more productivity and results from existing channels that may include dealers, resellers, distributors and end users. Some of thier customers include; 3M, Caterpillar, Freightliner, HP, Nissan and many others.

Horizon Air GSE

In June 2006, Horizon Airlines partnered with Gryphyn Works to become the first airline to manage all its Ground Support Equipment (GSE) completely paperless.  All work orders, equipment and parts tracking, repair history and mechanic notes are now entered into the system by mechanics for hands-on use in all 60 Horizon Airline hubs across the United States.  The system saved Horizon Airlines GSE Department over $270,000 within its first year in equipment and labor.
